Planning the shape, proportion and colour of front teeth before treatment starts.
Smile design is the planning stage of a cosmetic case rather than a treatment in itself. Photographs, measurements and digital mock-ups are used to agree what the finished result should look like before any tooth is prepared.
The plan is then delivered through whichever combination of treatments fits — whitening, bonding, veneers, crowns, orthodontics, or gum recontouring. Seeing a preview first means the conversation about shape and shade happens while it can still be changed.
